M.A. Educational Leadership and Policy Studies University of Northern Colorado class of 1994

 

Teaching and administrative experience: Taught K-5 Elementary for 13 years. Assistant Principal for two years and Principal for seven years. Currently working at administrative office to provide support to increase student achievement.

 

Beliefs that guide my work:

·         Every child should be afforded the skills that will provide for future choices

·         Data collection is essential to increasing student achievement

·         Classrooms that establish high expectations for all students--and provide the support necessary to achieve these expectations--have high rates of academic success

 

Hobbies: Water Skiing, reading and camping
